Navigating FY 23-24 Successes into FY 24-25 Innovations
Throughout FY 23–24, our journey at Knowledgeworks was defined by a steadfast dedication to growth and progress. We embraced change with open arms and remained committed to continuous improvement in every facet of our work, propelling us forward to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
In our pursuit of excellence, we actively participated in a variety of events and engagements that propelled our development. From SheSparks to TechSparks, ISCR Conference to representing the London Business Ethical Summit through CITLoB, each event offered a unique platform for learning and collaboration. Through these opportunities, we broadened our perspectives, strengthened our network, and explored emerging trends and technologies, nurturing innovation and driving positive change within our organization.
Additionally, we celebrated 22 years of achievement under the visionary leadership of the late Mr. Gururaj. This milestone not only symbolizes our journey of innovation and progress but also demonstrates our team members' unwavering dedication.
We also witnessed unprecedented achievements in our language services during this period. From localizing over 30+ million words to producing 200+ hours of top-tier eLearning content and recording around 300+ hours of voiceover, our talented linguists consistently raised the bar for quality and efficiency, underscoring our commitment to excellence and innovation.
As we bid farewell to the fiscal year 23–24, we reflect on the incredible journey we've taken as a unified team at KWILS, marked by a significant mindset shift towards language technology, collaboration, continuous learning, and empowerment.
