📢 Hiring – Project Coordinator (WFH)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join us in a flexible working role.
Job Description:
* Identify the right native resource as per domain expertise
* Allocate files once resource identified
* Be the SPOC between the Client and the Vendor/Translator for seamless & on time file delivery. Get on client briefing and Team calls on need basis
* Ensure all quality norms and guidelines are being followed and that identified resource gets all the details possible
* Maintain and daily update the Project management MIS weekly, update entries on Zoho
* Update work tracker to give the team a visibility of current projects and their life cycle
* Enhance quality and speed of delivery through innovative ideas and integration of translation softwares, if needed
* Be available on phone calls/online meetings during working hours
* Please inform us in advance if you won't be available during a certain time or days
* This will be a flexible working role and you will only be engaged when we have projects
* We require you to be available during these times on phone chat and email
Timings: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (or flexi working 9 hours)
Days: Mon-Fri (Sat///Sunday if needed)
Location: WFH only
Compensation:
CTC per month based on your experience and finalized pot interview
First 6 months probation and post that confirmation based on your performance
We will also be sharing an NDA and MOU with you once we are confirmed.
Though you will be dealing with clients directly, the communication will be only w.r.t Gurshabad.
We will need your commitment for at least 2 years and will also share a document accordingly.
In case you leave before 2 years, you will need to give 45 days notice and also 45 days salary will be deducted/adjusted.
