Job Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality and turn-around time.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
• Proactive and effective communication with internal and external translation teams, at all levels
• Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers.
• Responsible for sourcing freelance translators as & when required.
• Closely monitor projects via the effective use of standards, systems, and quality processes
• Escalation points for clients and internal resources on assigned accounts.
• Resolve client issues.
• Provide project and account reporting as requested. Desired Profile:
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Good problem-solving skill
