Led by CITLoB VPs Sankeshwari Deo and Sanket Joshi, this initiative begins with an interactive listening session where freelancers can share real-world experiences, challenges, and perspectives on industry practices. Insights gathered will directly inform upcoming professional standards, skill-building initiatives, mentorship models, and recognition frameworks.
Each session runs 45–60 minutes and is designed for meaningful dialogue and practical outcomes.
