"Crystal Hues Ltd Shines Bright with Double ISO Certification Triumph"
Crystal Hues Ltd (CHL) successfully completed the annual ISO audit of their Quality Management Systems. The ISO 9001 audit was conducted by DNV, a global leader in certification and risk management. Of note is the fact that not only were CHL’s processes fully compliant, they were recognized for their efficiency and effectiveness in achieving their organisational objectives. CHL is also the first language company in India with double language industry certifications viz, ISO 17100 (defines the processes necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service) and ISO 18587 (defines the process machine translation output and post-editors' competences) both certified by ATC Certifications, UK.
