How prices, payment information and refunds are handled for CITLoB services.

Please note that our prices may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes and other charges. In each case however the amount that will finally be charged to you will be indicated before you are asked to authorize payment. Carefully note the amount that you are being charged with before authorizing payment.
We will retain information relating to your payment, such as the transaction / UTR reference you submit, along with billing and contact details, to verify and activate your membership. Card payments, where offered, are processed entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — CITLoB does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or other authentication data. The information we do hold is kept securely, consistent with industry practices.
In case you are not satisfied with the service provided by us, you are requested to complain to us giving full details of your dissatisfaction within 7 (seven) days of receiving the service. We shall reasonably examine your complaint and if we find that there is a deficiency of service we shall make full or partial refund as appropriate. Our decision in the matter shall be final.
